Fans can hardly wait for The Handmaid's Tale to return to Hulu in April 2018 — and star Samira Wiley exclusively told Life & Style what fans can expect from the upcoming season! Spoiler alert: you won't want to miss this.

"We can expect a lot of things. I think our first season was based so heavily on the book. It ended exactly where the book ended, so we sort of have all of these places we go now and our writers are so talented," she revealed.

"I read the first couple of scripts. We're gonna go to the colonies we talk about so much where women go. There's this toxic waste they clean up and they go to die, so that's horrible — but we're also gonna go to happy places like Canada, where Moira and Luke are. They're trying to figure out this makeshift family that they have to create for themselves." It sounds like it will be worth the wait!

The Handmaid's Tale also features the likes of Alexis Bledel and Elizabeth Moss. IMDB described the series on their website as, "Set in a dystopian future, a woman is forced to live as a concubine under a fundamentalist theocratic dictatorship."

Life & Style caught up with Samira as she teamed up with American Express for their #PayItPlanIt campaign. "When they expressed to me that they wanted me to be a part of this, I thought immediately back to when I was getting married and how useful this #PayItPlanIt feature would have been," she stated. "There are expenses that add up like you wouldn't believe, and to be able to have the choice to plan when I was going to pay for some things, but also pay it immediately with the app."
