Doctors know best? For a while now, fans haven't been able to decide whether or not Todd Chrisley's daughter Savannah Chrisley had plastic surgery — and while she denies having work done, multiple experts think she did have help with her noticeable face transformation.
The Chrisley Knows Best star attempted to hush the haters via Instagram earlier this week, after she appeared to look ~different~ in a new selfie. "Before the comments come flowing in..no I haven’t gotten a ton of work done! I’m not changing my face! This chick just loves her food right now," she captioned the image. "So if you’re a negative Nancy please direct yourself away from my page. #noshame."
Dr. Tal Roudner supported the blonde beauty's statement with, "Savannah Chrisley doesn’t appear to have had much work done. It seems she may have had possible Botox on her forehead and glabella, which is the area between the eyebrows, but the latter is very questionable. She’s also had work done on her teeth."

However, Gary Goldenberg, MD, had the opposite opinion, as he explained, "It appears that Savannah had work done to enhance her appearance. Her skin is in better condition, likely due to laser or microneedling with PRP treatment. Her lips are slightly fuller, which can be achieved with fillers. She also appears to have more fullness in her cheeks, with appropriate contouring, which can be achieved with filler such as restylane or juvederm."
Vartan Mardirossian MD, FACS chimed in stating she could have gotten Botox injections in her forehead, as "the skin is flawless and there are no lines." Another possibility is cheek fillers for "good volume and contouring." Dr. Mardirossian also thinks it's "likely" Savannah underwent rhinoplasty "before both photos were taken." Whether she had work done or not, we still think Savannah is a gorgeous girl!
