Life & Style has learned that Scott Disick is ready to headline is own KUWTK spin-off — and appears to be taking inspiration from HGTV’s Flip or Flop!
A source reveals that the 33-year-old “wants it to be a hybrid: a home-makeover reality show in which he flips houses mixed with plenty of his hard-partying antics.” And the father-of-three isn’t an amateur when it comes to juggling real estate. After buying a Hidden Hills, CA, mansion for $5.95 million in December 2015, Scott listed the property for $8.8 million just six months later.
The proposed show already has Kris Jenner’s approval. “Interior design pros are auditioning for the series,” a different insider shares.
News of the E! program comes just one week after sources told Life & Style that Kylie Jenner will also be getting her own spin-off in the near future. “Cameras will follow Kylie around to her glitzy photo shoots and glamorous nights out at LA clubs,” an insider explained. And while her famous siblings will definitely be making cameos, the teen is adamant about limiting the amount of air time they get.
“Kylie doesn’t want her family to steal her thunder. She’s determined to be even bigger than her sister Kim [Kardashian],” the insider said, adding, “Ratings for KUWTK have dropped, so Kris is hoping Kylie’s show will make her millions.”
In addition to their claim to fame series, the clan has two shows on the air right now: Khloé Kardashian’s Revenge Body, which focuses on average Joes’ weight loss transformations, is currently in its first season, while Rob & Chyna, which follows Kris' only son and his fiancée Blac Chyna, was just renewed for a second season.
