What do Shay Mitchell and Kylie Jenner have in common? Both beauties share makeup artist Ariel Tejada, which means the Pretty Little Liars star has direct access to the uber popular lip kits before everyone else. Are you jealous yet?

"Yes, I do," Shay told Life & Style exclusively about her envy-inducing lip kit hookup. "It's funny. I just ran out of her first palette eyeshadow, and [Ariel] sent her a photo, and said, 'Shay's literally used these to the bare minimum.' And so she sent me the exact same palette, which was awesome. So, thank you Kylie." As for her favorite in the collection, Shay didn't hesitate to name the Kourt collection. "It's like a reddish-orange," she added, forgetting the name of her go-to shade. "I love that one."

I do kind of feel like I won the birthstone lottery by getting diamond (thank you April)! As my birthday month comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on why these one-of-a-kind gemstones are so special to me. A few weeks ago, I posted about how my life choices to this point have woven the most exquisite path leading me to who I am in this very moment. I've always loved diamonds (who doesn’t?) and the journey of how they were created and how they are a symbol to celebrate all of life’s most important moments. My parents gave me this ring years ago for my birthday and every time I look down at it I’m reminded of how beautiful life is and how something so precious and authentic can symbolize my life’s journey up to this moment. This is #MyDiamondMoment. @RealisaDiamond #RealisRare #sponsored

Shay might not star on the Freeform show any longer, but the 31-year-old is busy teaming up with Allergan for the Know Your Birth Control campaign. Just like her character Emily Fields on the popular series, Shay hopes her involvement with the campaign will inspire young people to have important conversations about "taboo" topics.

"We definitely tackled a lot of things on the show, which is one of the many reasons why it was so great to be a part of it. Even playing the character that I did, it opened up a lot of conversations for girls and guys to have that initial conversation with their families about whatever it is that they may not have felt comfortable talking about before," she explained. "So, I loved that the show was a great vehicle for them to start those conversations."

So, what's next for Shay? Along with getting an unlimited supply of lip kits, you can catch Shay on YouTube — where she shares her own makeup tutorials alongside Ariel. She is also filming the TV series You alongside Gossip Girl star Penn Badgley.
