Okurr! According to Streeteasy, Real Housewives of New York City star Sonja Morgan just listed her Upper East Side house for rent at $32,000 a month — and to be honest, the hefty pricetag might actually be worth it. Watch the video above to see what the inside really looks like!

Sonja and her then-husband, John Morgan, bought the townhouse in 1998 for $9.1 million. But after their divorce, Sonja went bankrupt and the massive mansion has been on the market since 2009. Originally, Sonja wanted $12 million for it, but that price has since come down and changed over the years. In 2013, she asked for $9.2 million and in 2015 it dropped even further to $7.2 million.

At one point, Sonja had it listed for rent at $25,000 per month, but now wants more. So, why can't it sell? Supposedly, Sonja doesn't give the house as much love as the pictures make it seem. According to other RHONY cast members, the single-family house hasn't had heat or hot water for the past several seasons on the show and was even labeled the "Grey Gardens."

But, Million Dollar Listing New York agent, Ryan Serhant, doesn't seem to agree with the cast. He stopped by Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and said that the asking price is "in the ballpark" of what he would have listed it as. Although he would have went for $30,000 per month, it sounds like Sonja's pricetag isn't that irrational.

"But it needs to be updated, that's why she hasn't rented it," Ramona Singer chimed in on this particular Watch What Happens Live episode. "It doesn't show well." And Ryan agreed. "Sure, or she would have sold it before. She's been trying to sell it for awhile." Regardless, it's f–king massive and we'd take it.
