'Hills' Alums Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag Maintain That Lauren Conrad Has a Sex-Tape - Life & Style

Guess what, folks? Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag still LOATHE former Hills costar Lauren Conrad, and had some very choice words for the 29-year-old in a new interview with Complex magazine.

The trio became estranged in 2008 after rumors circulated that Lauren had a sex tape (a story that Spencer admits to leaking). While Heidi was blamed for the reports — remember the famous “You know what you did!” scene? — the couple is adamant that the video does exists!

“Today, I would be like, ‘B—h, you know what you did,'” Heidi, 29, tells Complex magazine. Spencer adds, “Lauren is a cold-hearted killer. That’s what people don’t get. She will cut you in your sleep. She tried to destroy us. If you want to throw missiles, I’m throwing a nuke.”

The 32-year-old also blames the fashion designer for his estranged relationships with his mom and sister, Stephanie Pratt.

“My mom’s a Lauren supporter,” Spencer tells the mag. “She’s like, ‘Mark Cuban says on Shark Tank that you shouldn’t help your kids.’ I’m like, ‘Mark Cuban can go jump off a freaking cliff for all I care.'”
