YouTuber Tana Mongeau Reps Her ‘Mentor’ Paris Hilton With Her ‘Sliving’ Instagram Filter
That’s so hot. YouTuber Tana Mongeau took to her Instagram Stories to support her close pal Paris Hilton once again on January 15 — except this time, she decided to take a whack at trying the 38-year-old’s new “Sliving” Instagram filter. Needless to say, the 21-year-old vlogger was perfect for the Instagram Story novelty.
“Sliving @parishilton,” the MTV starlet captioned the clip of herself using the filter, which consisted of pink heart-shaped glasses and the word “Sliving” in the pink and white Barbie doll typeface. Plus, she was wearing a cute black tube top and a circular metal necklace in the snap. Very chic, y’all.
P.S.: In case you’re not on the up and up, “Sliving” was “invented by our Queen Paris Hilton,” according to the top definition on Urban Dictionary. “It’s slaying mixed with living my best life.” Plus, the handy dandy slang database even gave us a few uses for the word. “I am sliving, sliving it, sliving my best life, sliving single,” the entry said. We could totally see us integrating it into our vocab.
This definitely wouldn’t be the first time Tana has shown love to the Simple Life alum. Back in November, she made her friendship with the reality TV queen known to the world. “My mentor don’t play @parishilton,” Tana captioned a screengrab of her DMs with Paris on her Instagram Story. “[You] should see the s—t we say that I won’t post.”
In the messages, Kim Kardashian‘s longtime BFF wrote, “Love you. You are so authentic, open and honest. I f—kin love it.” Naturally, the high praise totally shook Tana. She responded, “Paris, I’m framing this. [You] have my heart.” Fast forward to New Year’s Eve, Tana took to Twitter to show Paris love again. “Forever inspired by @ParisHilton entire existence,” she wrote, adding the growing heart emoji. Paris, of course, retweeted the adorable shout-out, adding, “Love you Dizzy,” with a lovey smile emoji.
Honestly, if you’re not obsessed with this friendship, we don’t know what to tell you … other than to get on our level. This is the duo 2020 needs and deserves!
