She’s a good friend with good taste! In an exclusive interview with Life & Style, newly-engaged Danielle Staub revealed her Real Housewives of New Jersey co-star Teresa Giudice helped fiancé Marty Caffrey pick out her diamond sparkler.

“Marty had help from Teresa to pick out the ring, but I told him that I have had every other shape and oval has to be the one,” Danielle shared. “A lot of people have the emerald cut so I wanted something that was different.” Teresa will also serve as a maid of honor (or matron of honor) in the wedding — along with Melissa Gorga and Margaret Josephs. Her two daughters — Christine and Jillian — will serve as bridesmaids.

When asked what fans can expect her bridal party to wear on the big day, the Bravolebrity assured us that the dresses will be “classy, sleek, and sexy.” She added, “I am still deciding on the dresses. They’ll be dresses the ladies will want to keep!” The proposal unfolded on Wednesday’s episode of the Bravo reality series — making Danielle an engaged woman for the 20th time in her life.

“I was walking through the park with Teresa and Margaret and minding my own business and thinking, ‘Wait, what’s going on here?’ I’m thinking that I’m walking into the middle of someone’s wedding and turns out it is my proposal,” she recalled of the special day. “I knew he was going to ask me but didn’t know it was going to be so soon. No hints and Margaret and Teresa didn’t give anything away either. And neither did my kids — who were both really involved too.”
