Though she travels around the country to tour and give readings, the reality show star always heads back to Long Island. Unfortunately, however, she recently announced that she and her husband Larry are getting divorced after 28 years of marriage. They’d been going through a rough patch lately, as documented in the recent episodes that aired last month, but they decided to make things official.

“After 28 years of marriage, we have decided to legally separate,” the former couple shared in a statement. “We will always love each other and our two wonderful children. We are united in supporting each other and our family. Please respect our privacy during this time.” The pair shares two kids, their son Lawrence, aka Larry Jr., and daughter Victoria. Luckily, it seems like the family is still on good terms — and hopefully a getaway trip to see a Broadway show with her own mom will help Theresa heal. And we’re sure that getting back into the swing of things and filming more episodes of her show certainly can’t hurt. We’re just hoping that she gets to stay cozy at the home she knows and loves.
