Tristan Thompson Gushes Over Ex Khloé Kardashian’s PCAs Win: ‘So Proud of All You Have Accomplished’
What is going on? Tristan Thompson couldn’t help but gush over his baby mama Khloé Kardashian on Instagram — nine months after the couple split after he cheated on her with Jordyn Woods — following her win at the People’s Choice Awards on Sunday, November 10. “Wow wow wow @khloekardashian,” the 28-year-old athlete captioned three of the same photos of the KUWTK star in a sheer black dress showing off her legs. “Congrats mama KoKo on winning the Reality Star [of] 2019, that’s two years in a row. Two-time champ. I love the sound of that. So proud of all you have accomplished this year.”
The Canada native — who shares 18-month-old daughter, True, with Khloé — also spoke about how the 35-year-old has been killing it with all of her projects. “Revenge Body is something that always stands [out] to me,” he said, referring to the E! show she hosts. “You challenge people to fight for a better YOU. It’s more about what in life really gives us true happiness and is holding us back from achieving that.”
Tristan concluded the lengthy message on an upbeat note. “True and [I] are so proud of you and the sisters for everything last night. Y’all are truly role models to our younger generation. Keep leading with love and happiness. You go, girl!!”
Of course, fans couldn’t help but discuss the Instagram post. One person wrote, “He really [is] trying at this point,” while another echoed, “Now you realize how awesome of a woman she is … She deserves someone better. Let her live her life.” A third person chimed in, writing, “Hopefully Khloé knows her worth and can laugh at this post.”
This is hardly the first time the NBA star has showed some love for the mom of one on the internet. On October 31, Tristan left a flirty comment after she posted a photo of herself rocking curly brunette hair. Prior to that, the dad of two dropped another thirsty remark on the ‘gram in September. “The sun is shining bright on a beautiful diamond,” he wrote after she posted a selfie.
Despite their relationship not working out, Tristan is clearly still thinking about his ex. “Tristan hasn’t given up on Khloé and is always playing mind games with her,” a source told In Touch exclusively in September. “She is too easy on him and can’t be cold to him because she always wants to keep a happy home for True. That’s why she can never completely cut him off.”
Is Tristan trying to win back Khloé … again? Only time will tell!
