When Millie Wall attended her first Minnesota Vikings playoff game, she was not only surprised by the team's last-minute victory against the New Orleans Saints — getting them one step closer to the championship game — but the 99-year-old superfan was also gifted a pair of Super Bowl tickets!

Millie, who has been a fan since 1961, was definitely the team's good luck charm, and NFL commissioner Roger Goodell personally came to meet the lively senior citizen to give her the tickets himself. "Thank you SO MUCH @NFL and @Vikings. Grandma Millie is headed to the Super Bowl! One more to go, let’s #BringItHome," her granddaughter Ashley Wall tweeted following the exchange. Ashley had been documenting her grandmother's football Sunday on the social media platform — complete with Millie's screwdriver drink in one hand and foam stress brick in another.

It is yet to be known if Millie will be chanting "Skol, Vikings" for her favorite team at the big game. The team needs to beat the Philadelphia Eagles this Sunday to clinch the NFC Championship before heading back to Minneapolis for Super Bowl LII. The Vikings even invited Millie to be their good luck charm on the East Coast, but she turned down their offer.

"There were many reasons as to why the decision was made, but the biggest deciding factor was her age and the importance for her to create memories with her family," a statement from the team read. "She will no doubt be cheering loudly and participating in all her game day traditions with her family — including her screwdriver with a splash of cranberry — to support the Vikings on their road to make it back home."

Have the Vikings ever won a Super Bowl?

If the Vikings do make it to the Super Bowl — with Millie cheering in the stands — it will be the first time since 1977 that they have appeared at the game. Unfortunately, they lost that year to the Oakland Raiders. They do have one championship win under their belt, however, taking home the trophy in 1969, but that was before the NFC's merger with the AFL. It looks like we'll be cheering for the Vikings along with Millie!
