The “Kill Bill” hitmaker told British Vogue on November 14, 2024, that she was “so mad” she got a BBL. “I gained all this weight from being immobile while recovering and trying to preserve the fat. It was just so stupid,” she added. “But who gives a f–k? You got a BBL, you realize you didn’t need the s–t. It doesn’t matter. I’ll do a whole bunch more s–t just like it if I want to before I’m f–king dead because this body is temporary. It just wasn’t super necessary.”

SZA continued, “I love my butt, don’t get me wrong. My booty look nice. And I’m grateful that it looks pretty much… I don’t know, sometimes natural, but I don’t even care. It’s something that I wanted. I’m enjoying it. I love shaking it. I have other s–t that I need to work on about myself. I need to get my f–king mental health together. Not to say you can’t do those things simultaneously, just, for me, I realize wherever you go, there you’ll be.”

Sharon Osbourne

The TV icon’s facelift in 2021 was officially her last. “That one put me off and it frightens me,” Sharon told The Sun on April 24, 2023.

“I really f–king pushed it with the last facelift, and I am now like, no more,” she continued, adding, “Time is against me, I cannot have another facelift.”

Sharon had previously joked that her last facelift left her looking like a “cyclops,” where, “One eye was different to the other.”

In December 2023, Sharon admitted the facelift was the “worst thing [she] ever did.”

Blac Chyna

The entrepreneur began getting her facial fillers dissolved in March 2023. “As you can see right here, there’s still filler right here in my lip so it’s kind of pushing it over to the side, so we’re going to dissolve that,” she explained in an Instagram video while driving to her doctor’s office, adding that she was going to have more fillers dissolved the high cheek area. The former reality star also showed off how her natural jawline was finally starting to come back.

“Like my face has come down tremendously especially this area so it’s not super boxy,” the Lashed Cosmetics founder explained while pointing at her jawline. “This is like my actual jaw, so I already have like the structure.”

Chyna began to question why she ever messed with her face to begin with before revealing, “I did them because, I mean everybody was doing it, so let this be a lesson, don’t even do it y’all, it’s not even worth it,” about getting facial fillers.

The mother of two added that she “was so young” when she got the procedures done and “didn’t even give [her] body time to fully develop” naturally.

The same month, Chyna also got her butt reduced, as she revealed in a March 13 Instagram video that she first started getting silicone shots in her behind when she was 19. “So, I just want all the ladies out there to know, do not get silicone shots because you can get sick, you can die, have complications and all this other crazy stuff,” Chyna explained.

“But now I’m moving here in life. So, I want this out of my ass, so I can grow,” she added

Rhylee Gerber

The Below Deck star shared with her online fans that she got a breast extraction after her implants were leaking “toxins” in August 2022. Rhylee took her Instagram Stories to fill her followers in on her journey, claiming she was “tired of the inflammation.”

“I’m so ready to start feeling 100 percent. I don’t even remember what 100 percent feels like anymore,” she shared post-procedure. 

Jane Fonda

The legendary actress revealed that she wasn’t “proud” of the fact that she underwent a facelift in an August 2022 interview with Vogue and confessed it caused her to stop getting additional plastic surgery.

“We all know a lot of women who are wealthy who’ve had all kinds of facelifts and things like that, and they look terrible,” Jane told the publication, adding, “So, I had a facelift and I stopped because I don’t want to look distorted.”

The Grace and Frankie star went on to explain, “I’m not proud of the fact that I had [one]. Now, I don’t know if I had it to do over, if I would do it. But I did it. I admit it, and then I just say, ‘OK.’”

Melissa Gilbert

Little House on the Prairie’s Melissa Gilbert opened up to People in May 2022 about her past cosmetic enhancements.

“I finally woke up and went, ‘What am I doing? I look like a carrot top, and I’m not happy,'” she said. “My mindset was, ‘You have to stay thin. You have to be seen in the right places, wear the right shoes and drive the right car.’ That was so drilled into me by all the outside forces. But it never sat right … I cut off all my hair and quit doing Botox and all that stuff.”

Carmen Electra

The Baywatch alum has been open about having a breast enhancement but never intended to go as big as she did. “I had breast surgery over ten years ago, taking me from a 32B to DD, which took a bit of time to get used to,” she told Fabulous magazine in 2010.

She continued, “I didn’t want to go as big as that. It’s nice that I don’t have to wear a push-up bra anymore, but I could have left myself alone. I think I was fine the way I was. I had nice breasts before – though they were small.”

Simon Cowell

The America’s Got Talent judge revealed he used to get Botox and other facial injections and didn’t realize how bad it looked until seeing a photo from his past. “There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far. I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day, and didn’t recognize it as me first of all,” he told The Sun on April 9, 2022, admitting the anti-aging treatments made him look “like something out a horror film.”

Simon said he is now au naturel, confessing, “Enough was enough. There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero.”

The Hulu star opened up about getting a nose job in the past during her interview on ABC News, which aired in April 2022.

“My whole life I would say — I’ve always wanted my nose done, forever,” Khloé told anchor Robin Roberts. “But it’s in the middle of your face and it’s scary to think about. But I finally got the courage, and I did it, and I love it … It was honestly so easy for me. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.”

Bella Hadid

The supermodel finally admitted in a March 2022 interview with Vogue that she got a nose job at the age of 14. She now regrets having the work done. “I wish I had kept the nose of my ancestors,” Bella told the publication, adding, “I think I would have grown into it.” Her father, Mohamed, is Jordanian American, while her mother, Yolanda, is Dutch-American.

Crystal Hefner

The former Playboy model and Hugh Hefner’s widow celebrated getting “everything fake” removed from her body in a January 11, 2022, Instagram post. “I removed everything fake from my body and deleted all my old photos,” she wrote about the “scantily clad” snapshots that used to fill her page, adding, “I am more authentic, vulnerable and feel that I belong more to myself. I am mine.⁣” Crystal had her breast implants removed in 2016 but underwent the knife in 2020, where the reality starlet said she “almost didn’t make it through” a “fat transfer surgery” that caused her to lose half the blood in her body.

Jamie Lee Curtis

The Halloween Kills star has long regretted getting plastic surgery and is now a staunch advocate of aging naturally. “I have been an advocate for natural beauty for a long time, mostly because I’ve had the trial and error of the other part,” she revealed on the U.K.’s Lorraine talk show on October 12, 2021. Jamie Lee added, “I did plastic surgery — it didn’t work, I hated it. It made me feel worse!”

The actress’ mission goes back nearly two decades. “I’ve had a little lipo. I’ve had a little Botox. And you know what? None of it works. None of it. It’s such a fraud. And I’m the one perpetuating it,” Jamie Lee told More magazine in 2002.

Linda Evangelista

The OG supermodel hasn’t been seen in public in the last five years, and on September 23, 2021, she explained why. Linda revealed that she underwent coolsculpting, which she says left her “unrecognizable,” as it allegedly caused fat cells in her face to multiply. “To my followers who have wondered why I have not been working while my peers’ careers have been thriving, the reason is that I was brutally disfigured by … [a procedure] which did the opposite of what it promised,” Linda explained in an Instagram post.

She said the procedure’s rare but serious side effect, “has not only destroyed my livelihood, it has sent me into a cycle of deep depression, profound sadness and the lowest depths of self-loathing. In the process I have become a recluse.” She added, “I’m so tired of living this way. I would like to walk out my door with my head held high, despite not looking like myself any longer.” Linda is seen below in 2005 and 2015, a year before the procedure “disfigured” her famous face.

After she got lip injections, the mother of three revealed she wasn’t a fan. “I had that Restylane stuff. It looked fake to me. I didn’t like that,” she said.

Iggy Azalea

While she's very happy with her breast augmentation, the rapper also confessed that she sometimes regrets getting a nose job. "I don’t know if it was worth the backlash,” she said of the negative reactions on social media.

Kim Kardashian

After getting botox injections on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim was left with bruises on her face. “On the show you saw I had some bruising around my eyes after the procedure, which is totally natural, but because I hadn’t looked into the side effects, I freaked out. Botox just wasn’t necessary for me at this age,” she previously said.

The Dirty Dancing star revealed that getting a nose job was one of the worst decisions she ever made. “I went into the ­operating room a ­celebrity and came out anonymous. It was the nose job from hell. I’ll always be this once-famous actress nobody ­recognizes because of a nose job," she said.

Victoria Beckham

Victoria Beckham had her large breast implants removed. In a 2017 letter to her younger self published in British Vogue, the designer wrote  “I should probably say, don’t mess with your boobs. All those years I denied it — stupid. A sign of insecurity. Just celebrate what you’ve got.”

Tara Reid

The actress' breast augmentation went so poorly that it ended up affecting her body and her career. “My stomach became the most ripply, bulgy thing. I had a hernia, this huge bump next to my belly button. As a result, I couldn't wear a bikini. I lost a lot of work,” she said.

Courteney Cox admitted to going overboard with facial fillers in the past. She’s seen on the left in 2014 prior to getting them dissolved. By 2019, the actress looked stunning and natural again while aging gracefully. In 2017 she revealed, “I feel better because I look like myself. I think that I now look more like the person that I was. I hope I do.”

Gwyneth Paltrow

Her botox results were so bad she publicly swore to never do it again. “I won’t do Botox again, because I looked crazy. I looked like Joan Rivers!” she said.

In an interview, the R&B singer confessed that she regrets getting butt enhancement surgery because it negatively affected her career. “I want my normal shape back. For me and my career right now and doing business … I don’t need to have a man looking down when I’m trying to talk numbers," she said.

Melissa Gilbert

On her personal blog, the redhead admitted that she regrets getting breast implants and even decided to have them removed. “I am concerned for my health and I don't like the way they look or feel. Frankly, I'd like to be able to take a Zumba class without the fear that I'll end up with two black eyes,” she said.

Heidi Montag

The reality star had over 10 surgeries when she was just 23, but revealed that if she could go back, she wouldn’t have done any of it. “I definitely regret the surgeries that I have had over the years. I let myself be a victim of that and I listened to what other people said and let myself become really insecure and I had a doctor that made it sound really easy and a quick fix and it ended up being a hard road,” she said.

Lisa Rinna

The actress had her lips injected with silicone, but ultimately decided to get the filling removed. "I did it with my best girlfriend, so she and I go and we get our lips done. Fine. I have it like that for my whole career, right? So then cut to a couple of years ago, I have a doctor remove as much as they possibly can because it got to the point where they were yucky. You know, they get hard. It's gross," she said.

Morgan Stewart

The Rich Kids of Beverly Hills star revealed that her experience getting lip injections was so painful she started to cry. She ended up dissolving all the filler in her lips. "Ummmmmm why I ever thought putting s–t in my lips was a good idea is insane. My right upper lip STILL has a ball in it … and she injected the s–t out of it with no numbing cream, OK? There were tears," she said.

Amy Childs

The British TV personality got a boob job when she was just 18, but admitted she was too young for the procedure. "What I think I should have done is thought about it and thought, ‘Amy, you know, you are still 18, you are still growing,' and the person I am now to how I was when I was 18, I’m just such a different person," she said.
