Ben Stiller’s Mom, Anne Meara, Passes Away at the Age of 85
Ben Stiller’s mom, legendary actress and comedienne, Anne Meara, has passed away at the age of 85.
An official statement from the family shared, “The Stiller family is deeply saddened to share the beloved Anne Meara passed away last night at the age of 85. She is survived by her husband and partner in life Jerry Stiller.”

“The two were married for 61 years and worked together almost as long. Anne’s memory lives on in the hearts of daughter Amy, son Ben, her grandchildren, her extended family and friends, and the millions she entertained as an actress, writer and comedienne.”
Meara appeared on a number of shows regularly including All My Children and King of Queens where she co-stared along her husband Jerry Stiller.
Fellow King of Queens co-star and friend, Leah Remini, took to Instagram to share a sweet picture of Meara from back in the day with a touching caption.
