It’s Been Six Years Since Kim Kardashian Dumped Kris Humphries — So, What Happened to Him?
What ever happened to the Humps? You know, Kris Humphries, the NBA star who was married to Kim Kardashian for 72 glorious days and instigated the infamous “my-diamond-earring-fell-in-the-ocean!” breakdown of 2011. Well a lot has changed since the couple filed for divorce on Oct. 31, 2011 — exactly six years ago today.
Since his short-lived time as Kim’s husband, Kris has stirred up some drama here and there, publicly poking fun at Caitlyn Jenner‘s transition — he tweeted shortly after the transgender advocate’s famous interview with Diane Sawyer, “Man, I’m glad I got out when I did” — and making headlines while giving his two cents on Rob Kardashian‘s relationship with Blac Chyna. Six years after the marriage ended, Kris is still riding off the coattails of the Kardashian-Jenner family.

“That’s my guy,” Kris told Us Weekly when asked about the constant drama surrounding Rob Kardashian, 30, and Blac Chyna, 29. “I don’t read too much into it. Hopefully he’ll be alright.”
But aside from commenting on his former in-laws, what has the 32-year-old Atlanta Hawks player been up to recently? Many fans of Keeping Up With the Kardashians know Kim, 37, found her happily ever after with now-husband Kanye West, 40, but we’ve gotta ask: Did Kris find his special someone too?
He’s definitely moved around a lot in the NBA. When he was dating and then married to Kim K., he played for the New Jersey/Brooklyn Nets. Now, he plays for the Atlanta Hawks, after signing to several different teams post-divorce. According to Celebrity Net Worth, the basketball player is worth $25 million as of 2017. He’s also been busy Instagramming his life as a bachelor, from a cosmetic trip to the dentist to his wake boarding skills.
Though he hasn’t remarried since divorcing Kim, there were rumors swirling back in 2012 that he was dating Miami native and Kim K. lookalike, Fatmire Sinanaj. Also in 2012, it was rumored that Kris was dating America’s Next Top Model contestant Natalie Pack. Nowadays, Humps is living the single life and focusing on his athletic career.
