Life & Style can exclusively reveal that Jay has proposed for the second time--and Kristin has accepted!
"Kristin is over the moon with happiness," a source tells Life & Style. "She's already told her friends that the engagement is back on. They haven't set a new date yet."
As Life & Style previously reported, after a whirlwind 10-month romance with The Hills star, 24, Jay, 28, abruptly ended the relationship when Kristin put work before plans with the Chicago Bears quarterback. Kristin, who had been excitedly planning her dream wedding, which was set for summer 2012, was left heartbroken. The pair then rekindled their romance when Kristin began competing on Dancing With the Stars in September.
