Are Juan Pablo and Nikki Ferrell fakin’ it for photos? Why hasn’t Juan Pablo said ‘I love you’ yet? Will they make it down the aisle?
These are all the questions currently on the minds of Bachelor fans who watched Juan Pablo Galavis announce on the live After the Final Rose special that he was DONE with the show and wanted a private life with the girl he handed a rose—not an engagement ring—to.
Now Trista Sutter, the first ever Bachelorette and the first of the franchise to get married, talks to Life & Style about what she believes Juan Pablo and Nikki should do at this point.
“Well obviously, I don’t think you should marry someone who is doubting your relationship, so if he is, then I think she’ll need to have to have a heart-to-heart about whether she wants to be with someone who doesn’t want to be with her,” she tells Life & Style.
“But I don’t know if that’s the case. I can’t speak to their personal relationship, I can only honestly wish them the best, and hope that if they do get married, that they’re doing it because they love each other and they want to spend the rest of their life with each other.”
Nikki Ferrell and Juan Pablo attended a wedding in the Dominican Republic mid-March.
After finding true love on the show with Ryan Sutter and raising two children together in Colorado, Trista reveals her attitude towards other Bachelor contestants—specifically the “most hated Bachelor”.
“It kind of breaks my heart a little bit. He’s part of my Bachelor family, and it’s hard to hear, because I don’t want anyone to be hated,” she adds. “Regardless of the way that he was viewed in this season. I just hope that they’re happy.”
Trista may be wishing the Bachelor couple all the best, but there is someone else, close to Nikki, who is wishing for the opposite—Nikki’s ex-boyfriend!
In this week’s issue of Life & Style, Ryan McDill talks about Nikki’s plans to start a family and his hopes to win her back after their break-up in July.
“After we broke up there were times where I would say, ‘I don’t know if that was the right decision,’” McDill shares. “But really I didn’t have a whole lot of time [before she went on the show]. I didn’t watch every single episode just because it was too hard.”
