The former Bachelorette strapped in her adorable four-month-old baby girl for a walk on Instagram — and revealed losing the baby weight has been tough.

Being Molly's mom is the greatest joy I've ever known. However, I've learned over the past 4 months that my time really isn't my own anymore and that can make it difficult to do things for myself – like working out. Heck, if I thought I didn't have time to workout before, I DEFINITELY don't have time now. That said, after gaining 40 lbs during my pregnancy, I knew I wanted to make fitness a priority. Not just because I wanted my pre-body body back (although that was definitely a motivator), but because I want to be as healthy as I can so I can live as long as possible to be here for Molly.
