"The most important thing to remember is that results do not happen overnight and you have to trust a consistent workout routine and healthy eating," she told Life & Style. "Every person is different and there is not one mold that fits all. Believe in yourself, and applaud yourself for your dedication and consistency, and the rest will all fall into place." "I don’t work out to burn calories, I work out to build confidence," she shared on Instagram. "I don’t work out to lose weight, I work out to reach my potential. I don’t work out to punish myself… As soon as we start the viewing exercise as a way to make ourselves FEEL good rather than beating ourselves up, it becomes a heck of a lot more enjoyable AND more sustainable."
