Yes, even the svelte singer is a sucker for goodies. Pizza, burgers, French fries and Oreos are among her guilty pleasures. “I just do things in moderation,” Ciara told Life & Style magazine, on newsstands now. For the most part, the 33-year-old has said she sticks to a “clean eating plan,” with her biggest meal of the day being lunch. On the menu? Complex carbs and good fiber from dishes like grilled chicken with baked potato and broccoli.

The hot mama does more than “1, 2 Step” to stay streamlined. Soon after giving birth to daughter Sienna in April 2017, Ciara started working out two to three times a day with a trainer. Curtsy squats and walking lunges with deadlifts became sculpting go-tos for the star in the gym, and she and husband Russell Wilson, quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks, also recently discovered a love for indoor cycling on the Peloton bike.

“Drinking tons of water and flushing out your system is crucial,” Ciara, who shed 60 pounds in four months after the 2014 birth of son Future and 50 pounds in five months following baby No. 2 Sienna’s arrival, has said of her health hack. “I tell myself that water is my medicine and that to stay well, I have to drink a gallon of it every day.”

The recent opener for Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic Tour provides major fitness — and life — inspo. “If you put your goals in writing, speak them out loud and work for them,” she says, “they will happen.”

“I’m a very athletic person,” says Ciara, who enjoys adventurous excursions around the globe but always brings it back home to her first love: dancing. The “Goodies” singer rose to fame in 2004. Since then she’s actively incorporated dancing into her music videos, concerts, and other performances, helping her stay in shape without even realizing it. I mean, her body speaks for itself!
