Nearly one year after Heidi Klum and Seal revealed their shocking split, the supermodel is coming clean and dishes on the tough divorce and if she’ll ever remarry.

“Did I wish for this to happen to my family? No,” the 39-year-old says in the new issue of Marie Claire. “But everyone is healthy. We’re moving on with our lives.”

The pair share three biological children together: sons Henry, 7, Johan 6, and daughter Lou, 3. In December 2009, Seal officially adopted Leni, 8, Heidi’s daughter from a previous relationship.

“If someone got [very sick] – god forbid – that would be a real problem,” she continues. “It’s now what I wanted. It’s not what anyone wanted. But it’s not a real problem.”

And the duo are definitely moving on. While Seal, 49, has been photographed with a couple of women since parting with Heidi, the Project Runway host confirmed she’s been dating her bodyguard, Martin Kristen, since September 2012.

“He’s been with our family for the last four years,” she’s said about Martin. “He’s cared for our entire family, mostly for our four children, helped us tremendously.”

She continues, “I trust him with my children’s life. He’s a great man, you know, and we just got to know each other from a completely different side.”

But if Martin’s planning to put a ring on Heidi’s finger anytime soon, he should think again.

“I don’t think [I’ll get married again], no, no,” she tells the magazine.

During her seven-year marriage to Seal, the pair renewed their vows each year.

“I wanted to keep the memory of [mine and Seal’s] wedding alive every year,” she says. “That’s why I thought it would be fun to get married over and over. But now I don’t think that’s important. I’m not angry about anything, but I don’t think I will. Maybe if I’m with someone for 15 or 20 years, and we do it in our old age as a fun thing to do…. But I don’t have the urgency anymore.”
