The lady is a vamp! Mel B is flaunting a slimmer figure and she's giving us total body envy. The former Spice Girl lost a whopping 30 pounds after choosing to focus more on her health and fitness. And since then, she hasn't been shy about showing off her toned physique and rock hard abs (seriously, they're insane). Summer is upon us, and we want to know all the 42-year-old's secrets so we can look that good too.

"I've worked soooo hard for this body trust me it didn't come easy it takes a lot of dedication, control, discipline, and will power cause it isn't fun being the only girl at the party not drinking and the only one waking up at the crack of dawn to workout," she shared on Instagram. "I say this because a few months ago I was nearly 30 pounds heavier and I put myself on a mission to change, to change and be the best version of myself inside and out. I'm not perfect but all I can do is try that's all we can do, but the hard work is paying off finally I feel amazing and it's only getting better."

The singer also shared that in order to make sure she was eating the right foods, she turned to the Jenny Craig diet. And she has a home gym, so there was no excuse not to break a sweat every single day.

"NO ONE can ever take your inner strength away from you and if they think they can laugh in their face," she continued. "Nothing more powerful than a woman on a mission to make herself better. We all need something to love and the first stop should be yourself better late than never." Great work, girl! But honestly, we wouldn't expect anything less from a Spice Girl.
