And the over-the-top PDA continues. Fans got a whole eyeful on Tuesday, Sept. 18, when Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin made their way through London. Justin decided to take a moment to play some of his hits acoustically in a surprise park performance, but fans aren’t the only ones who got to enjoy the “Love Yourself” singer by the Buckingham Palace fountain. Being the ultimate fangirl, fiancé Hailey stood in the crowd and took videos of the low-key performance.
