As Life & Style exclusively reported, three out of the four wives on TLC’s hit series Sister Wives are threatening to quit the show after their husband, Kody Brown, discussed the possibility of bringing in two new women.

The 48-year-old “has zero source of income” without the show, family friend Kendra Pollard shares, and with 18 kids to feed, he can’t risk losing that paycheck.

“He wants to stay relevant to TLC,” Kendra explains.

But even with a big cast change, it may not be enough to save the series. “TLC knows [Kody’s] not well-liked by viewers,” a source tells Life & Style. “[He’s] done so many messed-up things that it serves him right to be pushed aside.”
