This is terrifying. A new report claims that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and husband Mauricio Umansky‘s new home in Encino, CA, was robbed this week.

TMZ stated that the break-in happened on Wednesday night and was discovered by one of the Bravolebrity’s housekeepers. The thieves allegedly made off with more than $1 million worth of jewelry, and law enforcement officials are hopeful that surveillance cameras will help them catch the perpetrators. Kyle and Mauricio — who wed in 1996 — were not home at the time of the incident, as they’re currently in Aspen, CO, with their daughters, Alexia, Sophia, and Portia, and Kyle’s daughter, Farrah, from a previous relationship.

The outlet added they believe it could have been an inside job, as many people had access to the $8.2 million home. The couple purchased the property back in October, and it has been undergoing renovations since. Whoever broke in allegedly knew exactly where to find the jewelry.

It’s been a tough end of the year for the reality star, as we learned earlier this month that her childhood home was destroyed by the Southern California Wildfires. “I’m so sad to hear that my childhood home that I grew up in and my parents built , burned down. I lived there from two or three years old until I was 18. So many memories,” Kyle previously tweeted.

On a lighter note, the mother-of-four recently opened up about her decision to relocate from the Beverly Hills area. “It was actually one of my husband’s listings, and I said to him, ‘I wanna go look at this house to look at the floors,’ because I was redoing my floors at the time,” she told Entertainment Tonight earlier this month. “It’s not like anything you would see in Los Angeles normally, and I just fell in love and my husband did too.”
