Well, that’s the tea! Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent got candid about her real name and how she started using her current title on Instagram on January 15 — and needless to say, it’s an interesting little mix-up that (literally) gave us Lala, the nickname and future stage name.

“I was born LAUREN,” the 30-year-old wrote over a photo of herself smiling at an event on her Stories. “People said LOREN, so as a child I got the nickname LALA.” The cute little anecdote came as she was promoting lip glosses from her beauty line, Give Them Lala — one of which being the shade Lala! Good name, girl.

The actress clearly has a deep love for her childhood nickname because she decided to use it in her professional life, which includes her makeup line, her acting career and even her new podcast with fiancé Randall Emmett. She definitely has a lot going on in her work and personal life — especially her upcoming wedding.

“I can tell you that it’s going to be very incredible and a full-on production. My fiancé’s a movie producer, so you wouldn’t expect anything less,” the blonde beauty explained to Life & Style exclusively back at BravoCon in November. “Everything is going to be like a movie. Think about the way I got engaged times a million.”

Rand proposed to Lala after two years of dating back in September 2018, while the couple vacationed in Cabo San Lucas for the actress’ 28th birthday. He rigged up a mini home theater to play her favorite show, Friends, on but, instead, broadcasted clips from special moments in their relationship before setting off fireworks and getting down on one knee.

Needless to say, the theatrics are evening going to extend to the guest list. “I can’t tell you who, but I can tell you legends,” she exclusively revealed about which celebs we can expect at the nuptials. “Yes. Legend performances and I want people to be like, ‘Oh my God, that was the best party ever and they got married.’”

All we want to know is … can we snag an invite, Lauren?
