The 32-year-old was caught on camera during the 2015 American Music Awards making a SERIOUSLY sour facial expression while host Jennifer Lopez, 46, did a dance performance to Nicki's hit "Anaconda."

One Twitter user called her out on Twitter, saying, "Damn J Lo……. Nicki Minaj (sic) facial expression says it all… We still love u doe (sic)."
Nicki appeared to fire back at the fan with her own tweet.
