Nikki Reed Has Abs Weeks After Giving Birth and We’re Sprinting to the Gym
Did she seriously just have a baby?! Fans cannot get over how incredible Nikki Reed‘s body looks just a few short weeks after welcoming her and Ian Somerhalder‘s first child — a daughter named Bodhi — on Aug. 10, 2017. The Sleepy Hollow star took to Instagram to share this photo — which also features her hot brother. Watch the video to see for yourself!
Nikki had her abs on display in an all-black ensemble, while her shirtless bro (drool) held her in the air with his feet in what looks like a yoga position. We bet it won’t be long until her daughter starts following in her healthy footsteps, as a source previously told Life & Style that she hoped her child would live “an idyllic life in nature.”

“They could spend all day outdoors. They want that for their child, too,” said the insider, who also added that while pregnant, Nikki wanted “healthy salads, beets, and quinoa.” The source explained, “If it’s not fresh, she won’t eat it. It will be the same for the baby when it’s born.”
While we’re sure they’re happy to finally be a family-of-three, there’s no denying the Twilight actress enjoyed her pregnancy. She previously opened up during an interview with Fit Pregnancy and explained, “For the first time in my life, I’ve passed on anything that isn’t exactly what I want to be doing. Pregnancy is the moment you find your path and do what you want, when you want, how you want. I’m building and launching a company that’s been a dream of mine. I honestly feel better than ever.”

And when it came to her husband, “Ian jokes that he wants to keep me pregnant forever. I’m a very driven person with lots of energy. I can run multiple companies, read four books at once, and take a conference call while cooking dinner. But pregnant, I’m a better version of myself. I’m really chill and relaxed, which I think is the greatest blessing,” Nikki gushed.
