ABC producers were warned about a contestant’s troubling behavior on Rachel Lindsay’s season of The Bachelorette, and Life & Style is exclusively reporting that, despite the warning, he was cast anyway.

Among the men vying for Rachel’s heart starting May 22 is Blake Elarbee. Sources reveal that Blake has a wild past.

As the magazine previously reported, Blake, a 31-year-old personal trainer from Florida, was arrested for DUI in 2010. But that’s not all that makes him potentially unworthy of a rose from Rachel.

“ABC was warned about alleged troubling behavior, including claims Blake is unstable, has a temper, and doesn’t treat women well,” the source says.

“Blake is definitely not marriage material,” the source continues, but producers were “happy to bring extra drama to the mix.”
