The Kardashian clan isn't about to let Rob Kardashian go off on another Instagram rant, and are taking serious measures to ensure it never happens again. An insider exclusively tells Life & Style that even though the 30-year-old "can't seem to control his outbursts," his family is doing everything in their power to salvage their image.
After the sock designer posted explicit images of ex-fiancée Blac Chyna on Instagram in a fit of rage, "The Kardashians held an emergency meeting about how to get Rob back on track and decided they needed to stage an intervention," the insider reveals, noting the father-of-one's struggles with substance abuse, weight, and depression in the past. But the reality star refused to meet with them, "so they had [lawyer Robert Shapiro] talk to him and explain how he was in danger of losing his money and his daughter [Dream]."
Kris Jenner and co. even hired an accountant to monitor his $6 million fortune. "Rob is his own worst enemy and his family will do anything to protect him," the insider adds. And they want to make sure that he'll still be able to see his eight-month-old daughter.
As Life & Style previously reported, Rob turned to sister Kourtney Kardashian's ex Scott Disick for guidance after receiving intense backlash over his actions. “He’s reached out to Scott for advice on how to deal with the aftermath of his meltdown,” a source shared. “Rob doesn’t have many friends and feels as though Scott is the only person who’ll understand what he’s going through."
But the hard partier might cause more harm than good. “He’s trying to persuade Rob to get back into the whole Hollywood social scene and is already planning to set him up with a string of hot women," the source explained. “He’s making it his mission to boost Rob’s confidence.”
