It looks like Henry Cavill‘s kryptonite comes in the form of a 19-year-old college student.
The Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice star made his relationship with girlfriend Tara King official at the Vanity Fair Oscars party — and it left plenty of people speculating about the couple’s 13-year age difference.
In a recent interview, the 32-year-old defended his romance, sharing, “People say, ‘Age is just a number.’ A lot of times it’s not just a number. It’s actually a real and true sign of someone’s maturity. But in this case, she’s fantastic.”
The actor also shared a surprising fact about his own dating history. “When I was 19, I was going out with a 32-year-old,” he said. When asked what he learned from that relationship, he responded, “Things that I can’t mention in an article.”

The duo was spotted at the Rugby World Cup in London last year, sparking rumors of a possible relationship. We’ll just mark this as another May-December romance!
