‘The Bachelor’ Finale — Everything You Need to Know About Winner Vanessa’s Dress!
Vanessa Grimaldi is the winner of The Bachelor — and we can’t stop talking about her show-stopping dress!
The 29-year-old special education teacher from Montreal accepted Nick Viall‘s proposal in a black sequined Badgley Mischka gown with alluring cut-outs on the side.
TV stylist Cary Fetman gave viewers a sneak peek at her finale gown on Instagram, revealing Vanessa had four designer options to choose from for the big night.
Fans of the reality dating competition can shop the look today on Rent The Runway, where you can also borrow the designer ensemble worth $595 for only $90!
We’re not surprised Nick, 36, got down on one knee after seeing Vanessa in this LBD that is anything but simple — and matches her new Neil Lane sparkler perfectly.
“I’ll never forget the first moment I started falling in love with you. It was actually just the second rose ceremony…” Nick said before proposing. “Every moment since then, I’ve been falling more and more in love with you. There were plenty of times where I tried to fight it and I don’t want to fight it anymore. I do love you, I’m in love with you.”
However, fans of the show would be shocked to know that Nick did struggle when it came time to pick a winner.
Life & Style reported last month that Nick had a breakdown in Finland, with sources revealing that he stopped filming three times to confer with host Chris Harrison and producers about his choice.
“Nick told producers he felt like he was in hell,” an insider said. “He was having a complete breakdown and needed reassurance on who he was picking.”
Now, we just have to wait until May 22 when third place finisher Rachel Lindsay‘s highly anticipated season of The Bachelorette begins!
