TikTok Influencer Tara Lynn to Sell House After Being Dropped by Management Agency

TikTok influencer Tara Lynn is getting vulnerable about her financial situation.

The LA-based influencer has officially announced she is selling her house.

In a December 11 TikTok, she shared a series of “random life updates” including that she is selling her house.

However, finding a new place to live has been a struggle so far.

“I’m selling my house, and my number one pick for my next house just, like, accepted an offer, and it’s not mine!” she said in the video, smiling sarcastically.

“Selling your house is one of the best decisions you’re making!!!!” one fan commented on the video.

This decision comes after fans have been recommending for months that she look into selling her pricey home after she first shared she was having difficulty dealing with the cost of the mortgage and maintenance back in January.

In January, Tara posted a TikTok explaining that she no longer enjoyed filming and posting sexually explicit content for popular paywalled video platform OnlyFans (OF), but she felt “forced” to continue doing it because the high income from it was keeping her finances afloat.

“I’ve built a lifestyle around an OF income, which is…” she trailed off, shaking her head and making a frustrated face. “I live in an extremely expensive house that is not paid off, it is an old house, there’s things that just constantly need to be fixed.”

In August, she addressed the relationship between maintaining her OnlyFans income and her expensive home yet again.

“I can’t just quit [OF], I would lose my house,” Tara said in the August 12 TikTok. “My financial advisor literally called me while I was driving back from my road trip and he was like ‘Tara, if you don’t shoot for OF next week, you’re gonna lose your house within the month,’ so I can’t just stop doing OF.”

“Girl this is why we don’t buy million dollar houses if we don’t have a career that’s guaranteed to pay it & maintain the high bills for life,” one viewer commented on the video.

“I like following you but I truly have no sympathy for your situation, sell your house if u need to, you have a lot more than most people,” another commenter added.

Now, it seems Tara is finally reevaluating her finances, especially after being unexpectedly dropped by her management agency earlier this month.

In a December 4 TikTok, Tara recounted hopping on a phone call with her manager, expecting to chat about something fun but was instead informed she would no longer be representing her.

“My manager is like ‘yeah so we’re dropping you,’” she said in the video. “She’s like ‘let me know if you need any help, bye!’ I was like ‘wait, what? Sorry, I’m just in shock right now.’”

Since then, Tara has been exploring other potential management options while also planning on downsizing her home in hopes of rebalancing her finances going into the new year.
