In a viral TikTok video, Blair Cooley shares the Trader Joe’s products they swear by for balanced, nutritious eating. 

From quick meal staples to smart snacks, these are the top must-haves to toss in your cart next time you go shopping.

Vegan Kale Cashew Pesto

Blair also shouts out this vegan pesto sauce. She says, “It is elite. I will dip crackers in it, I’ll put it on sandwiches, the base of pizza, obviously on pasta, I’ll marinate meat in it, it’s just so versatile I always have it on hand.”

Steamed Lentils

Cooley also mentions this ready-to-heat item and tells her followers that it has a whopping 10 grams of protein for just half of a cup. Pour on top of salads, soups and stir-fries or enjoy alone! 

Green Goddess Dressing

If you’re looking for a new dressing to use on salads, look no further than this green goddess dressing. This bright green dressing is chock full of Hass avocados, fresh herbs like basil, and chives, and seasonings that include green onions, garlic, and apple cider vinegar. Plus, it’s only 20 calories per serving. 

Garlic Spread Dip

Cooley also recommends this flavorful dip, saying it’s for the “garlic lovers.” Creamy, bold, and perfectly spreadable, it’s delicious on sandwiches, roasted veggies, or as a dip for crackers and pita.

Trader Joe’s Rainbow Peppercorns are a pantry staple that adds instant flavor to any dish. Freshly cracked, they bring a bold, slightly fruity heat to meats, roasted vegetables, soups, and even scrambled eggs. Cooley recommends keeping them on hand for a quick way to elevate everyday meals.

Sparkling Apple Cider Vinegar Beverage

In the video Cooley also speaks out about this refreshing beverage saying, “If you love Poppi, you have to try these apple cider vinegar beverages. I like this flavor (elderberry + pomegranate)  and the strawberry lemon one.” These cans are crisp, lightly tangy, and refreshingly sweet without being over the top. Plus they are only 35 calories per serving.

Spinach and Kale Greek Yogurt Dip

“Obviously, you can use this as a dip as is, but one of my favorite ways to enjoy it is as a mayo substitute in egg salad,” says Cooley. “It’s made with Greek yogurt, so it’s a bit lower in fat but still incredibly flavorful and delicious.”

Garlic and Herb Fresh Pizza Dough

If you want to have a fun date night, Cooley recommends using this fresh pizza dough for homemade pizza. She even keeps extras of this in her freezer. Plus, it’s less than $2!

Italian Bomba Hot Pepper Sauce

Need a new dip or sauce to enjoy? Look no further than this pepper sauce that’s for the spice lovers. Cooley tells her followers to “only get this next product if you also like spice.” She uses it as a base for her homemade pizzas and also in an Italian penicillin soup.
