Just when we thought Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott put their scandalous, cheating past behind them, things just took a turn for the worse — and this could end with a nasty divorce.
Life & Style has exclusively learned that Dean, 49, wants to split, but there’s one major thing holding him back: money.

“Dean would have filed a long time ago, but he can’t even afford a good lawyer,” a source revealed. With “no future projects lined up,” his career seems to be slowly plummeting.
Although the actor was unfaithful in his marriage, he puts the blame solely on the former 90210 star for the reason his reputation took a hit. She aired their personal problems to the public in the 2014 docuseries, True Tori and “the revelation that Dean was an alcoholic and that at one point was suicidal and had to be placed on psychiatric hold [after his affair made headlines] guaranteed his acting career was over,” said the source.
At this point, “There is no way out for either Dean or Tori. They are stuck with each other for all the wrong reasons.”
