Tristan Thompson Gushes Over Khloé Kardashian’s Good American Success: “Proud of You Momma”
How sweet! On Aug. 6, Tristan Thompson took to Instagram to show some love for his baby mama, Khloé Kardashian, and all her great success with her clothing brand, Good American. The KUWTK star has been on a promotional tour throughout Nordstrom stores across the US and clearly, it’s paying off! People are obsessed with Khloé’s fast-growing fashion empire. But enough about the clothes… more about the cute couple.
“Proud of you momma,” Tristan captioned his Instagram story along with two heart-eyed emojis. It’s so refreshing to see Tristan supporting Khloé, especially after the whirlwind year the couple has had!
Ever since news broke of the NBA star’s cheating scandal, Khloé and Tristan have been under a microscope. Even after Koko gave birth to their daughter, True Thompson, some fans (and even Khloé’s family) wouldn’t let it go. The consensus was pretty clear: She could do better.
That said, it seems as though things have lightened up in recent weeks. Our best guess is that it has to do with little True. At the end of the day, it’s all about doing what’s best for her and it’s clear that Khloé and Tristan are doing just that.
In fact, they’ve got the whole parenting thing down pat. On July 30, Koko revealed that Tristan stayed home with their bundle of joy while she while she attended a charity event. Unfortunately, people still came after her — forcing the 34-year-old to address a major double standard.
“Mommy shamers [are] at a high right now,” the GA mogul began. “I’m sick, at a charity event, and I’m getting slack [for] being here [because] I have a baby? Her dad is watching her while I’m trying [to] bring awareness [to] an amazing organization,” Khloé continued. “But either way, what’s wrong [with] a new mom letting daddy take over [for] a few hours?”
You tell ’em, Khlo! So long as Tristan is doing his job as a father and boyfriend and baby True is well taken care of, what else matters, y’all?
