The reality star gave birth to a daughter named Nova just a few days before her 26th birthday on Nov. 3.

This is the first child for Jacky and her boyfriend, rapper DC Young Fly. The blonde beauty previously shared a pic of her bare baby bump in a lace bra top, writing, "MY #WCW forever & ever, right here in my big ol belly."
