Life & Style can exclusively reveal that former Lipstick Jungle star Lindsay Price is pregnant! The actress, 34, is expecting with her boyfriend, Australian celebrity chef Curtis Stone, 35. "He was talking about Lindsay being pregnant," a source who overheard Curtis at the grand opening of the Lexington Social House in Hollywood on June 8 tells Life & Style. "He was so happy!"

The couple have been dating since late 2009 and are overjoyed with the news. Calls to their rep were not returned. Congratulations to the happy couple!
