Avid binge-watchers might recognize Velvet's smokeshow of a leading man Miguel Ángel Silvestre from the short-lived Netflix series Sense8. As the heir of Galerias Velvet, Miguel, who portrays Alberto Marquez on the Spanish drama, must balance his duties to the department store and his life-long love to head seamstress Ana (Paula Echevarria). Luckily for us, the show's spin-off, Velvet Collection, is also streaming on the platform!

However, if fashion mixed with unrequited love isn't your cup of tea, don't worry because there is always Club de Cuervos, which translates to Club of Crows. For soccer fans, this is the Game of Thrones of sports shows, with a brother and sister duo battling it out for control of the Mexican fútbol team. Seeing as the next season of GoT is still months away, there is no better time to binge-watch the show, which is currently in its third season. There is also Kate del Castillo, making her Chapo comeback in Ingobernable, and El Internado, which is basically Gossip Girl with Nazis, so there is definitely something for everyone. Plus, once you get a few under your belt, you will begin to realize that your favorite Spanish actors will make an appearance in more than one or two of your favorite series. And that's not a bad thing, trust us. Keep scrolling below for the best Spanish shows currently on Netflix!
