Ever wondered how to get a Kardashian body? Kim, Kourtney, Khloé ,Kylie, and Kendall all have super fit, super toned figures and even though the Kardashians sisters work hard in the gym — as seen on Snapchat — exercise isn’t the only thing that helps them achieve and maintain their curves. The old fitness adage “You can’t out-train a bad diet” seems true for the Kardashian and that’s why they all adhere to very strict and very different meal plans. But what exactly do the Kardashians eat? Keep reading below to find out their diet tips!

Khloé Kardashian’s diet

Khloé used to be known as “the fat sister” but now she’s the queen of the revenge body! She lost an impressive 40 pounds with the help of both diet and exercise and she revealed all of her secrets in her 2015 book Strong Looks Better Naked. Over the summer, Khloé’s nutritionist Dr. Philip Goglia gave a little more insight into her diet and he said losing weight and maintaining it is about “80 percent in the kitchen and 20 percent in the gym,” according to The Daily Mail.

A typical day for Khloé consists of seven small meals a day, starting with a whey protein shake made with water — since she has a strict no dairy policy — and almond butter plus a piece of fruit for breakfast. Her mid-morning snack is a piece of fruit, lunch is 4 ounces of chicken breast and a salad that is high in iron. She has two snacks between lunch and dinner: one is a serving of vegetables and 12 almonds and the second is one serving of vegetables and an egg. Dinner is a fatty fish and an 8-ounce serving of a vegetable salad. Dessert is one piece of fruit. Once a week, she is allowed to have one cheat meal of whatever she is craving.

Kim Kardashian’s diet

Even though Kim was known for indulging in whatever she wanted to eat during each of her pregnancies, that’s a thing of the past! She’s a fan of the high-protein, low-carb Atkins diet, which helped her shed all of her previous baby weight but she recently overhauled her entire outlook on diet and fitness. On a recent episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim revealed that she was ready for an entire lifestyle overhaul and she hired female bodybuilder Melissa Alcantara to help her reach her goals.

On the episode, Melissa taught Kim all about her own personal fitness philosophy which consists of “making food simple,” according to E! News. The way that she achieves that is by making “fresh and good” meals, and “portion control [is important] too.” Kim refrains from processed foods, and she trains with Melissa for a mix of low-intensity interval training, high-intensity interval training, and weight training.

Kourtney Kardashian’s diet

Kourtney has the strictest diet of all! She doesn’t eat dairy, gluten, or red meat and she uses an extremely strict detox plan on and off — which includes fasting, according to People. During the week she does what is called intermittent fasting, so she doesn’t eat for 14-16 hours between dinner and breakfast and she also fasts for 24 hours for one day per week. During her 24-hour fast, she only drinks bone broth and water until dinnertime.

Kylie Jenner’s diet

When Kylie was younger, she followed what Khloé considered a typical teenager diet based on fast food. But over the summer, the 20-year-old became more conscious about her health and she adopted a vegan diet but it’s unclear if she’s still vegan now.

Kendall Jenner’s diet

The tall, slender model seems to have been blessed with good genes because, according to her sister Khloé’s blog, she doesn’t follow any strict rules at all when it comes to her diet.
