Addison Rae’s Father Monty Lopez Marries Girlfriend Kaitlyn Nicole Robins After 2-Week Romance
Talk about whirlwind romance! Addison Rae’s father, Monty Lopez, has found love again—and wasted no time making it official.
The 49-year-old married Kaitlyn Nicole Robins at the Little Chapel of Hearts in Las Vegas after just two weeks of dating, he confirmed to TMZ on October 25.
“I didn’t tell anyone,” Monty told the outlet in an interview published October 26. “I just followed my heart and I’ve never been happier. I love this woman!”
Monty—who shares TikTok star Addison, 25, as well as sons Enzo, 17, and Lucas, 12, with ex-wife Sheri Easterling—met Kaitlyn, a medical professional, at a bar in their hometown of Louisiana. Their connection was instant, and Monty revealed they’ve been inseparable ever since.
In true whirlwind fashion, he proposed on a whim just 12 hours before the wedding, calling her “my future wife” even without a ring.
While Addison hasn’t directly commented on her dad’s rapid romance, she did reflect on the challenges she’s faced due to her father’s past scandals. In 2022, amid cheating allegations against Monty, she tweeted: “I’ve really been struggling to post and get out and do things but I love you all and you mean so much more to me than I can ever express. My life is forever changed thanks to all of the people who decided to care about me and support me. I love y’all <3 life is weird but worth it.”
Sheri Easterling, 46, who divorced Monty for a second time in 2022 after rekindling their relationship in 2017, also addressed the situation publicly. On Instagram Stories, she wrote:
“Personal matters being brought public are always challenging and overwhelming for anyone involved. I will be okay. My biggest concern is -and always will be- my children and their fragile hearts and minds. I will always do my best to protect them.”
By the summer of 2022, Sheri appeared to have moved on, sharing a PDA-filled kiss with rapper Yung Gravy on the MTV VMAs red carpet. In response, Monty took to Instagram Stories, posting that he was “unbothered” and jokingly adding, “Thank you @youngravy for taking the leftovers!”
Monty and Kaitlyn’s Vegas wedding may have happened in a flash, but it’s clear the new couple is all-in on their romance. While the whirlwind nature of their relationship has raised eyebrows, Monty insists it’s a perfect match. “I love this woman!” he says, and after two weeks together, it seems that’s all the time they needed.
