All the Food Brands Celebrating Taylor Swift’s ‘The Life of a Showgirl’
There’s a lot to celebrate today! Taylor Swift has just dropped her newest album, The Life of a Showgirl, and even brands are getting in on the showgirl spirit.
Krispy Kreme
Krispy Kreme is turning its classic Original Glazed Doughnuts orange for October 3 only with the $12 Spotlight Dozen. The pack includes nine orange Original Glazed Doughnuts and three Spotlight Swirl Doughnuts, featuring orange and teal frosting with a sugary coating.
Insomnia Cookies
Another sweet treat: A cookie chain is joining in on the Taylor craze. On October 3, customers who order a 13-pack of cookies from Insomnia Cookies will receive two purple friendship bracelets referencing the Era’s Tour. One says, “Salty” and the other says, “Sweet.”
Uber Eats
Uber Eats is celebrating the album’s colorful theme with a 12% discount on select orange-colored items through Sunday, October 5. Deals include everything from iPhone cases and orange soda to carrot cake slices.
Wendy’s
For a salty, mid-day pick-me-up, Wendy’s is rolling out the orange carpet with free fries. Customers using the Wendy’s app or website can claim a free Hot & Crispy Fry of any size with any $5 purchase on October 3. Keep in mind, this offer is valid on the chain’s website or app at participating U.S. Wendy’s locations and excludes Topped Fries and Seasoned Potatoes.
Magnum Ice Cream
Magnum Ice Cream is also up for a party. The brand’s truck will serve glitter-coated Magnum ice cream bars between 11 a.m. — 5 p.m. on Oct. 3 at the Cornelia St. entrance on West 4th in New York City. Thought you would never walk Cornelia Street again? Think again!
Starbucks
Of course, we can’t forget Starbucks! Participating locations will celebrate by playing The Life of a Showgirl and Starbucks Lovers playlists on October 3.
Plus, over the weekend, a Starbucks location in Nashville will turn into a dazzling Life of a Showgirl coffeehouse complete with friendship bracelets, edible glitter sprinkles, a photobooth and so much more.
