Anastasia Karanikolaou Gives Fans a Tour of Her New House: Watch!

Oh, how the other half lives! Kylie Jenner‘s longtime best friend Anastasia Karanikolaou (a.k.a. Stassie) gave fans a tour of her new California home. “A lot is changing. I’m happy and blessed and I’m fine with doing it slowly,” the influencer explained in an April 17 vlog-style YouTube video.

“I’m very excited for this chapter. I’ve been living here since, like, middle of December and obviously, it’s my first time buying a house,” Stassie revealed. “So, it’s a lot! I don’t have a landlord to call and be like, ‘Oh, the shower upstairs doesn’t get hot,’ or just random little things, like, ‘Oh, the toilet seat is broken.’ I have to, you know, do it all myself, which is a lot — but it’s very rewarding at the same time.”

Throughout the tour of the entire downstairs area, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians guest star made it clear most of the rooms would be changing by May. In fact, Stassie ordered new furniture for just about every room in the house! Additionally, she plans to have the entire backyard remodeled to provide better sunlight for all of her friends who love to tan.

Even with all of the upcoming additions and renovations, Stassie’s pad seems like the perfect place to hang out. Between the game room, complete with a stocked bar cart and chalkboard wall, and the living room area that features a huge couch, who wouldn’t want to chill there?

From the looks of it, the couch is from Restoration Hardware’s Cloud Fabric Collection and retails for a whopping $4,000! Of course, when you’re BFF is Kylie Jenner it’s important to ~keep up~ with appearances.

After all, the Kardashian-Jenner family “spares no expense” when it comes to decorating their homes, a source previously told Life & Style. “Between filming their shows at home to entertaining and hosting parties at home and showing off their spaces on Instagram, they make sure that their homes are picture-perfect at all times.”
