Chris Pratt Is Reportedly Hoping To Be ‘Engaged Soon’ To Katherine Schwarzenegger!
A whirlwind romance! It looks like Chris Pratt is completely smitten with his girlfriend, Katherine Schwarzenegger — so much that things are getting serious very quickly. Wedding bells might be ringing in the very near future, and a source revealed to Us Weekly, “They’ll be engaged soon.” The prediction comes as no surprise after learning that the Guardians of the Galaxy actor has been turning down projects “so he can spend time with her.”
The two started dating in July after reportedly being set up by Katherine’s mom, Maria Shriver. The couple hit things off right away and it seems like they have religion in common, since they are “both active in the church.” Despite being together for just five short months, “they both know it’s right and that they are so happy together,” the insider added. It looks like Chris may be popping the question sooner than we think.
Chris and his ex-wife, Anna Faris, broke up in August of 2017 after eight years together and share their six-year-old son named Jack. Chris and Anna continue to “have a great friendship,” and Anna is happy he has found love with Katherine, according to a source from Life & Style.
The source said, “Chris and Anna share custody of Jack, so like any protective mom, Anna was slightly wary about introducing their son to someone new. But once she got to know Katherine that all changed.” They continued, “Anna’s incredibly impressed with how amazing Katherine is with Jack and is relieved that Chris is in a relationship with a kind, loving woman.” Wow, it’s great to see women supporting women in what could be a very awkward relationship.
Anna and Katherine are actually getting quite close, according to the insider. “Anna and Katherine chat on the phone all the time. They’ve even been known to make jokes about Chris’ bad habits!” the source joked. “Chris is thrilled that there’s no drama. It’s like one big happy family.”
It sounds like if there are wedding bells in Chris and Katherine’s future, the whole family will be on board.
