Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s Social Media Behavior Proves Once Again He Can’t Be Trusted
It’s been a blissful week and a half of life as an engaged couple for Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham, but already they’re breaking promises. Just moments before the former Bachelor — who infamously dumped his final choice Becca Kufrin in favor of runner-up Lauren — placed a gorgeous Neil Lane sparkler on his bride-to-be’s finger, the couple revealed two things about their future:

They were going to take an international trip together.

They were going to take a break from social media.
While we know the couple is currently exploring places like Spain and Iceland together, the only reason why we know that is because of their excessive social media postings. Earlier today, the racecar driver shared a video on Snapchat of his fiance boarding a WOW flight to Barcelona, while taking an innocent jab at her Bachelor catch phrase.
Though Arie and Lauren seem to have a ton of free time to travel and, well, post photos on Instagram, they’re about to become very busy with wedding planning. Lauren’s mom, Pamela, revealed exclusively to Life & Style that the duo doesn’t want to wait long to officially tie the knot.
“Arie was talking about [doing it in] August,” she said. “I’m hoping it will be in the summer.”
