Currently on a 90-day fitness challenge, the 34-year-old hottie has been showing his progress with inspirational Instagram posts and providing fitness and diet tips to his followers.
"I eat from only three sources of carbs on this diet: Oats, Sweet Potato, and Brown Rice," he wrote. "The simplicity helps me stay on target. I have only 1 cheat meal per week — not an entire cheat day."
