They said, “I do!” Bachelor alum Ashley Iaconetti and Bachelorette alum Jared Haibon got married on Sunday, August 11, in Jared’s home state of Rhode Island during a beautiful wedding ceremony. The Bachelor in Paradise couple’s nuptials were attended by tons of their Bachelor Nation friends.

Ashley, 31, and Jared, 30, celebrated their wedding all weekend, starting on Friday, August 9. “Kicked off our wedding weekend with a sailboat ride around Newport,” Ashley captioned an Instagram Story video clip. Their romantic sunset boat ride was attended by their pal, former Bachelor Nick Viall and Ashley’s sister, Lauren Iaconetti, who was the maid of honor during the wedding ceremony.

Former Bachelor Ben Higgins and former Bachelorette contestants Dean Unglert and Chris Strandburg later joined the bridal party on Saturday, August 10. But one major key player from Bachelor Nation, host Chris Harrison, was noticeably missing from their ceremony — and Ashley previously revealed that he sent the couple a lovely gift instead.

“Chris Harrison’s not coming,” the bride-to-be, 31, confirmed during her “I Don’t Get It” podcast on July 28. “So, it’s really, really, sad you guys. I think [this] might be the first Bachelor wedding he hasn’t attended. But he sent us a really nice gift from our Crate & Barrel registry, and he was very thorough and sensitive about what he said when he had to say that he couldn’t go. Like, it was a very long explanation and it was very nice. Although it was very disappointing.”

Ashley and Jared met in the spring of 2015 on season 2 of the Bachelor/Bachelorette spinoff, Bachelor in Paradise. But their love story didn’t start off on the right foot and Ashley’s feelings toward Jared weren’t mutual. They left Paradise single, but they continued to date off and on (while also seeing other people) until May 2018, when they confirmed that they were back together. They got engaged the following month, and the rest is history!
