She’s looking good — and spilling secrets. Well, weight loss ones, that is! Singer Bebe Rexha posted a super sexy photo of herself backstage at a show in Baltimore and it’s not hard to see how good she’s looking. The 30-year-old acknowledged her slim down successes in her caption and gave two good tips to fans.

“Been doing no (refined) sugar and no (bad) carbs,” she wrote on Instagram on November 30, adding three tongue out emojis. Needless to say, taking those two steps has really benefitted her. In the pic, she rocked a strappy leather jumpsuit with chains and loads of silver chokers. In a word, she looked hot!

This wouldn’t be the first time the blonde beauty was forthcoming on social media about her body and beauty standards. In fact, back in May, she got real about being all-natural with an awesome bikini pic.

“I probably should [have] photoshopped my stomach and made it look flat,” she captioned the Instagram photo on May 17. “I probably should [have] photoshopped my legs to make them look thinner. I probably should [have] made myself look taller and smoothed my legs. But I didn’t. Society can really f—k with you. Here is what a real woman looks like on Instagram without photoshop.”

Then, in August, the Albanian songstress clapped back at a record exec who told her she was “too old” to flaunt her figure — with an incredible underwear photo, no less.

“I recently had a MALE music executive tell me that I was getting too old and that my brand was ‘confusing,’” she began her caption on August 12. “Because I’m a songwriter and I post sexy pics on my Instagram and that’s not what female songwriters are [supposed] to do, especially for my age. I’m 29. I’m fed up with being put in a box. I make my own rules.”

She also didn’t hesitate to call out the double standard when it comes to aging. “I’m tired of women getting labeled as ‘hags’ when they get old and guys get labeled as sexy with age,” she noted, before acknowledging her upcoming birthday milestone. “Anyways, I’m turning 30 on August 30 and you know what, I’m not running away from it. I’m not gonna lie about my age or sing songs that I feel will sell better because they sound ‘younger.’ I’m gonna celebrate my age because you know what, I’m wiser, I’m stronger and TRUST ME, I’m a much better lover than I was 10 years ago.”

This powerful (and fit) babe is no joke!
