PSA: Bella Swan’s ‘Twilight’ Home Is on the Market — and It’s Actually Affordable!

If you’ve ever dreamed of living between vampires and werewolves, then we’ve found the perfect house for you! Twilight fans are in for a major treat, because Bella Swan’s home is for sale and has been listed for a surprisingly affordable price of $349,900. Watch the video above for a tour!

It was the place where Bella, played by Kristen Stewart, fell irrevocably in love with Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson), and it’s features are just as sparkling as the vampires that visit it. The 2,500 square foot single family residence in St. Helens, OR, comes with four bedrooms and two baths. The film’s designer even chose the accents for the iconic estate!

“The choices the filmmakers really made the house shine,” the home owners revealed in a blog posted to Cascade Sotheby’s International. “It’s really amazing how beautiful the paint colors are in the house. If you ever have the chance to have your room colors picked by a production designer, you won’t be sorry. To see a picture of the very house you’re sitting, in followed by an image of the very room you’re in, is a sensation that very few will ever know.”

Inside the cozy abode, the walls have a green, yellow, and blue color scheme, and it features the original windows and doors from when it was built in 1935. The house sits on 0.27 acres of land, so there’s plenty of space for a growing family, and a gorgeous yard. On top of that, “Bella’s house” has stunning wood floors, an open dining room, and several windows for plenty of light. And maybe if you’re lucky, Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner), will come visit once in a while!
