Bethenny Frankel’s Bitter Divorce Continues: Estranged Hubby Jason Hoppy Prepares to Sue
The bitter divorce between Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel and estranged hubby Jason Hoppy continues.
Life & Style Weekly has exclusively learned that Jason and his lawyers discussed suing his estranged wife during a June 25 court date in NYC because they believe Bethenny isn’t playing by the rules.

“Jason talked to an attorney about whether they could sue Bethenny for breaking a confidentiality agreement,” a court insider exclusively reveals to Life & Style.
Jason, who’s been locked in a battle with the 44-year-old since January 2013, isn’t happy about her appearance on the reality show [RHONY], where she called her situation with Jason, also 44, “pretty f—ing bad.”

Bernard Clair, Jason’s lawyer, tells Life & Style that the dad is trying to protect their daughter Bryn from Bethenny’s “inability or unwillingness to put a clamp on uninvited media attention.”
