Beauty Influencer Mikayla Nogueira Announces Launch of New PDRN Skincare Products

Beauty influencer Mikayla Nogueira is officially back.

After taking two weeks off from posting for a low-key start to the New Year, the TikTok star returned to social media with a new product launch in tow.

On January 17, Nogueira shared a video compilation documenting her experience trying various skincare products made with “salmon sperm,” a buzzy ingredient that’s been gaining traction in the beauty world.

The video captured everything from her first reaction to the trending ingredient to her trip to Korea, where she sought out prescription-strength skincare formulations with the ingredient for maximum results.

“I think it’s my turn,” Nogueira said at the end of the video, as she pumped what appeared to be a mystery product from her brand, Point of View Beauty, onto her hand.

The ingredient at the center of this new launch is PDRN, or polydeoxyribonucleotide.

According to dermatologist Melda Isaac, MD, who spoke to Cosmopolitan in a September 2 article detailing the ingredient’s potential benefits, PDRN “are DNA fragments derived from sperm cells of certain trout or, more commonly in skincare, salmon.”

Nogueira first hinted at the upcoming product during her New Year’s Eve makeup tutorial.

“First I’m going to prep my skin,” she said with a wink as she applied a mysterious blue gel to her face.

“Ooh, I love this product, what could it be?” she teased with a laugh.

Point of View Beauty later reposted that clip on its TikTok account on January 15, captioning it, “the proof is in the plump. 👀”

The following day, the brand made things official, posting a video announcing an upcoming launch.

On-screen text read, “Meet the secret to snatched skin,” followed by the reveal date: “Launching 01.21.26.”

Point of View Beauty has since confirmed that it will be launching two new products that contain PDRN under the name “Snatch It.”

The first is a face ampoule said to firm, lift, and plump the skin, which is the same product Nogueira previewed in her recent videos.

The second is an accompanying eye serum said to brighten and firm the undereye.

Both products are set to launch on the brand’s website, povbeauty.com, on January 21.
